Electronic Funds Transfer

Paying your water bill is as easy as turning on your faucet with RapidPay. When you sign up, your financial institution will automatically pay your water bill directly from your checking or savings account. You never have to worry about paying your bill on time with this convenient service. No more worrying if you're out of town on business or on a vacation, or simply forget!

You are in Control

You tell us which account, savings or checking, you would like your automatic payment to be deducted from each month. Rapid Pay works like any other direct deposit or direct payment programs you may use. On the date your water bill is due, Rapid Pay makes your payment and records it as a separate item on both your bank statement and your next water bill. By using Rapid Pay, your water bill is paid on time, every time.

Who's Eligible?

This service is available to all customers with satisfactory credit history. (New customers must provide a letter of good credit from their previous utility.)

How do I sign up?

Login to My Account and go to Payment Options to change your billing preferences.

There's Always Time For Questions

Your water bill will arrive as usual well before the monthly payment is due. A Do Not Pay message will appear along the amount and date due. If you have any questions about your water bill, you'll have plenty of time (generally two weeks) to contact TMWA for clarification, or to delay a payment, if necessary.

It's Absolutely Free!

There are no extra charges for using Rapid Pay. In fact, it actually saves you money by eliminating costs for check writing and postage.
