NANETTE QUITT Human Resources Manager Ms. Quitt has more than 10 years experience in human resources management in private sector, technology and healthcare industries. In her role as the Human Resources Manager, Ms. Quitt is responsible for overseeing all human resources department functions including recruitment and employment; training and development; compensation and benefit programs; and employee and labor relations.   Ms. Quitt holds a bachelor's degree in health sciences and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She serves on a variety of workforce planning and human resources committees and is also active in both the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.

Truckee Meadows Water Authority is a not-for-profit, community-owned water utility,
overseen by elected officials and citizen appointees from Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County.
