Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
The Purpose of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is to provide the Board of Directors, our customers, and bondholders as well as other interested parties with reliable financial information about TMWA. TMWA's Finance Department prepared the CAFR in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). These reports are reviewed by an external auditor on a yearly basis.

Water Facility Plan 2005-2025

Investment Policy
TMWA's Investment Policy is followed to manage the issuance of TMWA's debt obligations and maintain the ability to incur debt and other long-term obligations at favorable interest rates for capital improvements, facilities, and equipment that are beneficial to the residents of TMWA's service territory. The resolution includes the staff report and the Schedule of Investments as of that date. A future schedule of investments is provided in each year's Debt Management Policies provided below. The Investment Policy applies to all restricted and unrestricted monies held by TMWA and complies with NRS 350. The Investment Policy was approved unanimously by the Board of Directors on February 19, 2009.
